Bio

Adam White's musical career began at an early age. Under the instruction of such teachers as Kenny Aronoff (John Fogerty, Smashing Pumpkins) and Dane Clark (John Mellencamp) Adam developed a strong musical foundation with an emphasis on time keeping and chart reading in array of musical styles. The passion for perfecting his craft led to a full time pursuit of playing music professionally. 

As a member of the alternative rock band Wonderdrug (Indie 500 Records) from 2001-2006, Adam shared the stage with Default, Blue Oyster Cult and performed at numerous festivals including Lollapalooza. 

Adam toured with singer/ songwriter Aimee Allen (Side Tracked Records) in 2009 as the support act for Sugar Ray's Music For Cougars Tour. 

Adam toured extensively from 2009-2012 with country singer Corey Cox. With the Corey Cox band Adam shared the stage with Sugarland, Thompson Square, Chuck Wicks, Crystal Gale and Darius Rucker. Adam produced Corey's 2010 single “Let Me Go”. 

In 2001 Adam formed the 10 piece event dance band The Impalas. Under Adam's leadership The Impalas have performed for clients such as Eli Lilly, Salesforce, the Indianapolis Pacers, Horseshoe Casinos and Peyton Mannings Payback Foundation. 

Adam has been an active session drummer and has appeared on recordings with Tiffany, John Waite, Randy Brecker, Sonny Landrith and The Born Again Floozies. Adam has worked with producers such as Steve Albini (Nirvana, Robert Plant, The Pixies), Charlie Peacock (Switchfoot), Steve Millikan (Ray Boltz, Bill Gaither) and J.J. Wiesler (Jonathan Richman, Chuck Prophet). Adam has played on numerous music publishing sessions for Warner Bros., Hal Leonard, Shawnee Press and Alfred Music. 

Adam is currently on tour with Grammy award winning gospel singer Sandi Patty.  The Forever Grateful Tour will reach 60+ cities in North America and conclude in Puerto Rico.

In addition to performing, Adam also has a music production company Big Bang Recording.  Adam has produced/ engineered numerous recording sessions for artists such as:

Adam has been an active teacher and instructor both privately and with programs such as Center Grove High School, Carmel High School and Avon High School. Adam has also served as a clinician for the Indiana State School Music Association, Bands of America and The Indiana Percussion Association.
